The best Tiramisu you’ll ever taste!Quick and easy!

Hey guys! Am posting a recipe after so long.. and this one I couldn’t resist but share with you people. It’s the Italian dessert we all love to have.. but are very reluctant to even try and make it at home.. skeptical if it’d taste the same as in restaurants. Yes, it’s Tiramisu!!!!
So I’m gonna tell you how to make it in really simple steps. All you need to do is get the right ingredients, the right quantity. So let’s begin..

Ingredients :
1 packet Of Ladyfingers(Savoiardi, 24 count)

3 large egg yolks

One cup sugar

I cup espresso

50 ml baileys coffee liquor ( optional)

Whipping cream ( 210 ml )

Mascarpone cheese

Make one cup of espresso and mix the coffee liquor in it, keep it aside. Keep the mascarpone cheese and eggs at normal room temperature . It helps mix easily.

Get three egg yolks in a bowl, add half cup sugar to it and heat it over a double boiler ( over water in another vessel) for 10 mins on medium heat.

You’ll get a semi thick mixture, keep it aside. Chill the container in which you’re going to whip the cream. After that, take the whipping cream and add the other half cup of sugar to it gradually and whip it till stiff peaks.

Now we’ve to mix the Mascarpone cheese with our egg mixture. You can easily get Mascarpone cheese at Walmart or any other store.

Next, add the whipped cream to the Mascarpone cheese and egg mixture. Gently fold in the whipped cream so that you don’t lose the airiness.

Now it’s time to layer the Tiramisu.

Start by dipping the ladyfingers for 2 to 4 secs in the espresso mixture and layer it in the pan. Add half of the cream on it to make a layer.

Then layer the next set of ladyfingers on top of cream layer and repeat the process.

Now we can give a final touch to the ever yummy Tiramisu by sprinkling cocoa powder on top of it. Add chocolate shards to the Tiramisu for decoration.

Chill the Tiramisu for at least 8 hours or overnight. Then what? DIG IN ! Enjoy this dessert with your family and friends and let me know how it turns out in the comments below.
